World Won Development Center is a non-profit organization with the welfare of the community in its heart. World Won Development Center, Inc. was established in March of 2009 to serve the social services needs of the community, with its mission dedicated to reach underprivileged individuals and at-risk children in Tulsa and surrounding neighborhoods. We endeavor to provide quality services to enhance family life and encourage individuality. We therefore continue to produce programs such as:
